Tiger Knee...or at least my attempt at it. Googled images for it and looked at some sprites from the Alpha version. I just recently noticed that Sagat changes the color of his short from Alpha to IV.
Until now, one of the best, if not the best, stage is the hidden grassland stage from SFA 2 IMHO
